Excellent condition apart from minor fading ad surface soiling. This image is among Hiroshige's scarcest kacho prints. $3,000.

Hiroshige designed several of these kakemono-e which were inexpensive substitutes for the paintings that usually hung in the tokonoma, the alcove that is found in traditional Japanese houses.
